30-day returns
If you change your mind, you can return an unused device in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.
Faulty or damaged items
If your device arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us and we’ll arrange a replacement, repair or refund at no cost to you.
Warranty
Every Rivea device is covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
How to start a return
Email hello@riveabeauty.store with your order number and we’ll send you simple return instructions. Please don’t send items back before contacting us.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
